Tick all that apply. Any courier fees will need to be covered by the borrowing club unless other logistics arrangements can be made. If being sent by courier the shipment must be covered for at least £1,000 in value should it be lost or damaged in transit.

All competitors attending a BQE must hold valid insurance and be displaying a valid government 'Operator ID' on their racing drones *

I understand – and this will be checked at sign-in on the day.

NOTE: We are aware there is no way for Race Organisers to check the validity of the Operator ID displayed – this responsibility remains with the pilot for it to be correct. Race Organisers are purely checking that it exists on drones participating in the event in the correct format.

BDRA members attending BCQE's are entitled to a £2 (minimum) discount for entry to the competition when compared to normal price for entry to non members. *
