Announcement:

The British Drone Racing Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 20th October 2019, starting at 19:00 BST. It will be held online with members invited to participate using discord whilst viewing a live video broadcast from the committee. The AGM is open to BDRA members only.

Welcome and introduction

– Review/accept the minutes of the previous AGM (link below)
– Financial Report
– Proposals presented to Committee for inclusion at the AGM
– Membership fees
– Date of next AGM
– Election of Central Council members
– Break as votes are counted and new Committee announced
– Close
– Q&A with the new Committee for those who want to stay

Election of Central Council members:

The posts of Chairman and Membership Secretary are open for nomination. The existing committee members will stand for re-election. In accordance with the constitution, nominations for Central Council positions must be sent by email to secretary@bdra.uk at least 14 days before the AGM, along with the name and contact email of the seconder. This must also be a fully paid up member.

Proposals for inclusion

All propositions for consideration must be submitted, by fully paid up members, to the Secretary by email to secretary@bdra.uk by midday Sunday 6th October 2019, along with the name and contact email of the seconder. This must also be a fully paid up member.
